MOSCOW, Nov 19 - RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin has ratified the protocol on the extension of the agreement with China on notifications of launches of ballistic and space missiles until December 16, 2030, the corresponding document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
According to the document, the parties undertake to notify each other about the upcoming and completed launches of ballistic and space launch vehicles, and also specify the time frame for the provision of such notifications, their validity period and the list of data contained in the notifications.
As Russian Deputy Defense Minister Nikolai Pankov previously reported at a meeting of the Federation Council, China has already completed all domestic procedures for the ratification of the protocol. According to him, the extension of the agreement meets Russian interests.
