The head of the Emergency Department of Kabul Watanmal thanked Putin and Shoigu for humanitarian assistance

KABUL, Nov 18 - RIA Novosti. The head of the Kabul Emergency Management Department, Mirwais Watanmal, thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as the Russian Defense Ministry and its head, Army General Sergei Shoigu, for the humanitarian aid delivered, also telling reporters how it would be distributed.

"Many thanks to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Ministry of Defense and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu personally. <...> In the coming days we are going to help people who are in need. We have a very difficult situation in the city, in the provinces. We will probably distribute this aid to those in need in Kabul, because if we send this aid to other provinces, its cost will be much higher," Vatanmal said.

He specified that the population of Kabul is 6-7 million people and many of its residents will need help. If we talk not only about Kabul, he added, then in the regions of Afghanistan people will have problems in the winter due to the coming cold weather, and residents of the country also need food and medicines. The remaining humanitarian aid will be distributed among poor families, flour and sunflower oil will be distributed among the most needy.

"We are very happy and looking forward to new assistance, as I spoke with the Deputy Ambassador of Russia in Kabul, new assistance from a friendly country of Russia," Vatanmal also added.

Что значит стоимость её будет намного выше? Получается, что продавать решили? Если так, то зашибись - наши помощь на халяву, они на ней день рубят...
