Paris. November 15th. INTERFAX - French President Emmanuel Macron and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin agreed during a telephone conversation that it is necessary to de-escalate the crisis with illegal migrants on the border of Belarus and Poland, Western media reported on Monday with reference to the Elysee Palace.
