"Saiga-9" LOT "Yarovit" is an upgraded version of the civilian carbine "Saiga-9", the company reported

MOSCOW, November 14. /tass/. Civilian small arms developed by the Kalashnikov Group of Companies (GC) received gold and silver awards in the competition "100 best goods of Russia - 2021". This was reported to TASS on Sunday in the Kalashnikov press service.

"In the nomination "Industrial goods for the population" Kalashnikov became a laureate and received a gold badge for a hunting self-loading carbine with a rifled barrel "Saiga-9" LOT "Yarovit". Hunting smoothbore carbine TG2 Magnum cartridge caliber .366 Magnum and its modifications are marked with a silver badge and the title of diploma holder," the press service informed.

"Saiga-9" LOT "Yarovit" is an upgraded version of the civilian carbine "Saiga-9". Its weight is 3.3 kg, the length of the barrel is 367 mm. A 9x19 cartridge is used as ammunition. The carbine is equipped with a folding butt.

Smoothbore carbine TG2 under the cartridge .366TKM. developed on the basis of the 7.62 mm Kalashnikov AK-103 and maximally unified with it. Designed for training shooting, sports and hunting.
