Berlin. November 6th. INTERFAX - The German government plans to change relations with the current government of Afghanistan and will send diplomat Markus Potzel to the country in the coming days to clarify the situation on the ground, the Welt am Sonntag newspaper reports.
According to the publication, Potzel will find out how German diplomats can return to work in the country, while on temporary terms.
In addition, the Prosecutor General's Office of Germany is checking legal issues in connection with the Taliban movement (banned in the Russian Federation) - in Germany it is regarded as a terrorist group.
