MOSCOW, November 3/ Sputnik Radio. The non-governmental organization "White Helmets" is preparing staged filming in Idlib province, which is not controlled by the Syrian authorities, said Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in the Arab Republic. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
The participants of the filming are selected in the settlements of Kafer-Kermin and Sarmada, the rear admiral added. According to him, English-language media that arrive on the territory of the Idlib de-escalation zone can cover the provocation.
The White Helmets movement calls itself a humanitarian organization, but its activists have been seen in ties with international terrorists operating in Syria.
In addition, the organization has repeatedly distributed staged footage allegedly using chemical weapons in the Arab Republic. The network has published videos in which the participants of the movement explain to the "victims" what to say to journalists and how to imitate behavior during "chemical attacks".
Official Moscow blamed the "White Helmets" for such provocations, which would allow Western countries to accuse the legitimate Syrian authorities of using prohibited weapons and strike government troops.
In early October, Sputnik radio reported that militants were preparing to stage a "chemical attack" in Syria.
