Purchases of the Federal Security Service (FSO) and Rosgvardiya from January 1, 2022 will be carried out at closed tenders. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
"From January 1, 2022, departments will have to use closed competitive methods for determining suppliers when purchasing goods, works and services," the document published on the official portal of legal information says.
The order signed on October 30 also mentions the Ministry of Defense, the Military Intelligence Service (SVR) and the Federal Security Service (FSB) - purchases will remain closed for these departments.
Earlier, in May, the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops adopted the newest Lebedev modular pistol and its modified model developed by the Kalashnikov Group of companies. The development of the pistol has been carried out since 2017, taking into account the tactical and technical tasks of the Rosgvardiya.
At the same time, it became known that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation begins mass purchase of pistol complexes "Boa". According to the plan, which was reviewed by Izvestia, almost 400 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of the first large batch.
Most of the Boa Constrictors will be put into service by special forces and intelligence units, but support units will also receive a novelty.
