DUBAI, October 26. /tass/. Roscosmos and NASA have started a substantive discussion on the composition of crews for cross-flights of Russian cosmonauts on American ships and US astronauts on Soyuz. This was announced on Tuesday at a briefing by the general director of the state corporation Dmitry Rogozin.
"We discussed specifically the possibility of cross-flights, when our cosmonauts will fly on American ships (we have started discussing, in fact, the composition of these crews from today), and the Americans will continue to fly on the Soyuz," he said.
The 72nd International Astronautical Congress is being held at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 25 to 29 under the auspices of the International Federation of Astronautics.
