MOSCOW, October 23/ Sputnik Radio. There is no legitimate and internationally recognized Government in Afghanistan, the authorities do not work, human rights are systematically violated, which indicates a catastrophic situation in this country.
This was stated by Tajik Defense Minister Sherali Mirzo at the closing ceremony of the exercises of the CSTO member states, RIA Novosti reports.
