According to the statement of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, the adoption of a long-range air defense system will significantly increase the effectiveness of the echeloned integrated air defense system of Pakistan, since it is fully integrated into the automated control system and allows the interception of several air targets, including aircraft, cruise missiles and air threats at ranges over 100 km with high probability.
Stressing the importance of air defense in ensuring the protection of the country, the commander said that the high level of interaction between the Pakistani Air Force and the air Defense of Pakistan makes the country's air defense system "impregnable", and the strategic partnership and cooperation between Pakistan and China in the field of defense are a factor in ensuring stability in the region.
As previously reported, the maximum range of hitting SAM targets is 200 km, the height is 30 km. Export versions of the complex were delivered to the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
