Kiev. October 16. INTERFAX-UKRAINE - The defense plan of Ukraine approved by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) is a secret document and will be implemented in case of war, the secretary of the department Alexey Danilov said.
"The NSDC members, of course, have seen this document. It's completely secret. This is not a document that appeared in a day or two... We have been working on the (defense - IF) plan for 2 years on behalf of the President of Ukraine. It is quite a fundamental document ... But this (document - IF) is for the duration of the war, that's why it has such a name - the defense plan," Danilov told a journalist during a break in the program "Freedom of Speech of Savik Shuster" on Friday.
According to him, the document contains, among other things, paragraphs on cybersecurity and information security.
In addition, the defense plan provides for full cooperation of all central authorities, local authorities, and the military. "All these components are combined into a single coordinate system," Danilov added.
As the NSDC secretary noted, "on this occasion there will be mandatory large military exercises on behalf of the President of Ukraine."
