The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published a video of the destruction of drones by the forces of calculations of the Pantsir air defense systems during the Slavic Shield - 2021 exercises in Serbia. The video was provided by the Russian military department.
"Units of the anti-aircraft missile forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces and the air Defense of the Air force and air defense of the Armed forces of the Republic of Serbia were put on alert 17 times during a joint exercise to detect and escort air targets," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The footage shows the work of the domestic Pantsir complexes with the use of both rocket weapons and 30 mm automatic cannons.

A joint Russian-Serbian mixed air defense group has been formed as part of joint exercises at the Batainica Airbase. The units of the joint group took up combat duty for the air defense of Belgrade, Batajnica Air base and the central industrial district of Serbia. Units equipped with the Pantsir-S missile defense system of the Russian Aerospace Forces and the Serbian Air Force and Air Defense Forces, as well as the Serbian anti-aircraft missile unit equipped with Neva-M1T complexes, are taking part in the exercises.
