According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 772 of May 24 of this year, their official salaries and salaries for military ranks will increase by 3.7 percent from this month. Since the sizes of these salaries are different for the security forces, it is problematic to say exactly how much, say, the commander of a motorized rifle platoon or the chief of a fire brigade will now receive. The total amount for each such specialist will be calculated individually. However, it is clear that his wallet will become heavier by more than one hundred rubles as a result of the October increase. For many military personnel, such an addition will be calculated in four digits.
But it is known for certain who such financial practices will apply to. The government decree says that an increase in salaries will occur for military personnel under contract and conscription. As well as people serving in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation and having special police ranks. And also - employees of internal affairs bodies, institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system and enforcement agencies. The increase also applies to those who serve in the federal fire service, customs authorities, and persons in charge of the federal courier service.
According to the current practice in Russia, the amount of military pension payments will be recalculated simultaneously with the increase from October 2021. According to some reports, they will affect more than 2.5 million retirees.
It is known that the incomes of the security forces in Russia will continue to grow further. On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, in the coming years, the monetary allowance of the military and law enforcement officers will be indexed by an amount exceeding the projected inflation rate in our country.
