Moscow. October 1. INTERFAX - The Chukavin sniper rifle (microwave) will be adopted by the Russian army, its state tests have been completed, the commander-in-chief of the Ground Forces Oleg Salyukov said.
"This year, the state tests of the 7.62 mm Chukavin sniper rifle (microwave) have been completed, which we will adopt," he said in an interview with the newspaper of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation kRasnaya Zvezda.
As Interfax reported, the microwave rifle - the Reaper experimental design work - was presented by the kAlashnikov concern in 2017 at the ARMY military technical forum.
