MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. ROSCOSMOS State Corporation is coordinating a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of peaceful space with Pakistan. This is stated in the Roscosmos annual report for 2020.
"Work is underway with foreign partners to <...> coordinate a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of peaceful space with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan," the report says.
Roscosmos is also working on the preparation of an agreement on cooperation with the Italian Space Agency within the framework of the Millimetron project.
The State Corporation is also expanding cooperation in the field of peaceful space with Latin American countries. "We are ready to sign (the orders of the Government of the Russian Federation have been received) agreements on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes with Venezuela and Paraguay (the signing of agreements is planned in 2021)," the report says.
Draft intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes between Russia and Algeria, Ecuador, Turkey, Egypt, and Serbia are under negotiation, the report says.
