"An intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes was signed at the Embassy in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov and Ambassador Viktor Coronelli," the recording says. "On the Russian side, the document was signed by Sergey Savelyev, Deputy Director General of the ROSCOSMOS State Corporation, and on the Mexican side - by Salvador Landeros, CEO of the Mexican Economic Agency."
