The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, during a conversation with the press, was asked to comment on the statement of the director of the Institute of the USA and Canada Sergey Rogov that China is building a large number of missile launch silos, some of which will be located on the border with Russia.
"You know, I would not like to comment on Rogov's statement and statement, I am not his press secretary," Peskov said.
