Brussels. September 27. INTERFAX-The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, after meeting with Moldovan Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilitsa and Foreign Minister Nicolai Popescu in Brussels on Monday, said that they had agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
"At today's meeting, we discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation between the EU and Moldova... We also discussed a way to promote cooperation in the field of security and defense, " Borrel said in a statement.
According to him, they also agreed to start bilateral consultations in order to "identify more specific areas for further cooperation."
