INTERFAX-The DPRK is grateful to China for the fact that the growing cooperation and friendship between the two countries contributes to the joint confrontation with the challenges of "hostile forces," North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said in a message to Chinese President Xi Jinping, the Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA) reported.
"Kim Jong-un said in his message that he is very pleased to see how the comradely unity and cooperation between the DPRK and China are steadily strengthening in the joint struggle for the defense and glorification of socialism, while simultaneously overcoming malicious challenges and obstacles from hostile forces," the KCNA said.
Kim Jong-un expressed confidence that " the traditional friendship between the DPRK and China will develop day by day and fully demonstrate its invincible viability thanks to the joint efforts of the two sides and the two countries."
