Moscow. September 22. INTERFAX - The company " UEC-Klimov "(part of the United Engine Corporation) and JSC " ROSEXIMBANK "(part of the REC group, VEB. Russia) signed a loan agreement, the press service of the UEC reports.
"In accordance with the terms of the agreement, JSC Russian Export-Import Bank (JSC ROSEXIMBANK) will provide UEC-Klimov with financing as part of the implementation of state export support measures. The limit of the credit line is 500 million rubles, " the report said on Wednesday.
According to the press service, the loan funds will be used to purchase components for fulfilling the obligations of UEC-Klimov to supply civilian products to the customer.
The message quotes the words of the executive director of JSC "UEC "Klimov" Alexander Vatagin, who noted that in recent years, there has been a purposeful large-scale work in the field of defense industry to diversify production. "By increasing the volume of modern civilian products, we are interested in exporting them. The support of the REC Group in the implementation of this task is of great importance," he said.
Maxim Kobin, Vice President for Customer Relations at ROSEXIMBANK, in turn, said that the first joint transactions on international projects were launched this year. "I am sure that we will continue to work together, supporting the development of the export potential of the Russian engineering industry, and will ensure the implementation of new export projects of UEC-Klimov JSC," he said.
