INTERFAX - JSC "Concern of East Kazakhstan Region "Almaz-Antey", specializing in air defense systems (air defense), will receive 100% of the shares of the "Voskresensky Aggregate Plant", which is engaged in the assembly and equipment of missiles, follows from the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
The "Voskresensky State state-owned Aggregate Plant" is being transformed into JSC "Voskresensky Aggregate Plant", 100 % of whose shares are in federal ownership, according to a document published on the official portal of legal information on Tuesday.
100% of the shares of the "Voskresensky Aggregate Plant" are made as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of JSC "Concern of East Kazakhstan Region" Almaz-Antey " in the order of payment placed by the joint-stock company (Almaz-Antey) additional shares due to an increase in its authorized capital, the document notes.
The Voskresensky Aggregate Plant is being transferred to Almaz-Antey in order to " further develop the scientific and production potential of the Russian Federation, ensure the state's defense capability and improve the integrated structure for the development and production of weapons, military and special equipment for aerospace defense," the document says.
According to the company's website, the "Voskresensky State state-owned Aggregate Plant" (the city of Voskresensk, Moscow region) is a specialized enterprise in the field of assembly and equipment of jet ammunition.
