MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. The Government of the Russian Federation plans to increase the budget for the creation of the human reserve of the armed forces by 15.4 billion rubles in 2022. This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft federal budget for 2022-2024, which is available to TASS.
"Along with the general approaches to the formation of the draft law, the change in expenditures under the section "National Defense" < ... > was influenced by < ... > < ... > an increase in budget allocations <...><...> to increase the number of the mobilization human reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022 by 15,368.5 million rubles, in 2023 by 15,899. 5 million rubles, in 2024 by 657.5 million rubles," the text of the document says.
It notes that the reserved budget allocations for the creation of the personnel reserve of the armed Forces will amount to: in 2022 - 15 431.9 million rubles, in 2023 - 15 962.9 million rubles, in 2024 - 16 530.4 million rubles.
