MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. Russia will spend 480 million rubles to create a system for storing and destroying weapons handed over or found, according to an explanatory note to the draft federal budget for 2022-2024, which is available to TASS.
"An increase in budget allocations for the creation and development of a system for receiving, storing and destroying voluntarily surrendered or found weapons and ammunition for them in 2022 and 2023 by 240 million rubles annually," the document says.
