Moscow. September 21. INTERFAX-The United States and its allies should provide material compensation for the destruction of the economies of states, the aggravation of their problems and the intensification of terrorist threats, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev believes.
"I believe that the United States and its allies should be responsible for the destruction of the economies of sovereign states, the aggravation of inter-ethnic and political problems, for the activation of terrorist, extremist and other threats. Including to provide compensation that significantly exceeds the multi-trillion sums they spent on undermining stability around the world, "Patrushev said in an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty newspaper.
According to him, "the irresponsible withdrawal of American troops has led to the fact that the states of the region have to face increasing problems that the Westerners have not only not solved, but also aggravated."
