MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. The Kalashnikov Group of Companies (GC) integrates the latest tactical pump-action shotgun of its own design with the Apple Watch smartwatch. This was announced by Olga Boitsova, Deputy General Director of the Kalashnikov Group of Companies, during the conference "Weapons Perspective of Russia".
"The growth points for us are, among other things, new models of smoothbore weapons: a tactical pump - action shotgun with the ability to integrate the Apple Watch, as well as the MP-155 Ultima," Boitsova informed.
According to her, Kalashnikov is bringing new models of civilian weapons, including traumatic ones, to the market. "We are releasing new models of traumatic weapons - in particular, on the basis of the Lebedev compact pistol [PLC], we are launching a traumatic pistol for the civilian market. We are also expanding the line of rifled carbines - in particular, we are introducing a new product, the AKV-521 carbine, which is a hybrid of AK and AR systems, " Boitsova said.
Kalashnikov is also developing the direction of weapon tuning. "The range of weapons tuning, which we will develop, has proven itself well," she summed up.
The latest tactical rifle with the ability to integrate the Apple Watch is presented for the first time at the Arms&Hunting 2021 festival, held in the Moscow region from September 17 to 19.
