All the seats in the new council were taken by representatives of Roscosmos
Moscow. September 14. INTERFAX-Rocket and Space Corporation (RSC) Energia announced the early termination of the powers of the board of directors and the election of members of the new board.
"To terminate the powers of the members of the Board of Directors of PJSC RSC Energia ahead of schedule," the message posted in the corporate information disclosure system says.
The head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, the deputy head of Roscosmos for international Cooperation Sergey Savelyev, the Deputy Director General of Roscosmos Mikhail Khaylov, the executive directors of the state corporation for manned space programs of Roscosmos Sergey Krikalev, for economics Pavel Suvorov and for contract work of Roscosmos Georgy Forsov retained their seats on the council.
The head of the Department of privatization and management of the FSUE was excluded from the council/Ilya Shkarban, JSC of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency of the Moscow Region, and Yuri Urlich, the first deputy head of Roscosmos for the development of the orbital grouping and promising projects.
The new members of the council are Alexander Bloshenko, Executive Director of the State Corporation for Advanced Programs and Science, and Konstantin Romanov, chief expert of the Roscosmos Department of Economic Security.
