Journalists refer to the first renderings of an electric car published by the German insider CarForce247. According to the author of the images, the next car from the company of Elon Musk will be released in the form factor of a hatchback with five doors. The electric car will receive reduced rear doors, a high-raised rear part and a panoramic roof.
The insider believes that the electric car will appear on the market under the name Tesla Model Q. The report says that the new car will compete with gasoline-powered golf-class cars, such as the Volkswagen Golf and Hyundai i30. "It will compete for the consumer with the best-selling hatchbacks in the Chinese and European markets," the author noted.
The cost of the Tesla Model Q will be 25 thousand dollars, or about 1.8 million rubles. The model may go on sale in 2023-if the global shortage in the semiconductor market does not prevent the production of the car.
