Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Foreign Ministry on behalf of the government to exchange notes with the United States on the extension of the duty-free import agreement for goods transported within the framework of Russian-American cooperation in the field of space exploration. The document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"To accept the proposal to conclude, by exchanging notes, an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on extending the validity of the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on the procedure for customs clearance and duty-free import of goods transported within the framework of Russian - American cooperation in the field of exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes, dated December 16, 1994, to approve the draft note of the Russian side," the document says.
