"The United States condemns the latest Houthi missile attack on Saudi Arabia, carried out on September 4 in the eastern province, as a result of which two children were injured and several houses were damaged. This is completely unacceptable. The US Foreign Minister again called on the Houthis from Yemen to agree to a comprehensive ceasefire and stop attacks inside and outside the country.
"The Houthis should start working on a peaceful, diplomatic solution under the auspices of the UN to end this conflict," Blinken said.
Earlier it was reported that last Saturday, the Saudi air defense forces prevented a missile attack from Yemen on three settlements of the kingdom.
