According to him, the situation was close to this in 2014. "Even before various events, before the Crimean referendum, we spoke with Germany, Great Britain, Italy. We discussed with Italy whether it is possible for wheeled tanks to participate in tank biathlon," the minister said.
According to him, in order to prevent the army games from becoming a high - achievement sport, there is a rule-the winner cannot participate in the games next year. "He can be an instructor, a coach, but not a participant in any way.
