INTERFAX-Russia is relatively comfortable with the coming to power in Afghanistan of the Taliban movement (banned in the Russian Federation), said the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Afghanistan, director of the second Department of Asia of the Russian Foreign Ministry Zamir Kabulov.

According to him, at the moment, Russia, together with regional states, as well as Western countries, will have to deal with the economic and social structure of Afghanistan.
