Kubinka (Moscow region). August 25. INTERFAX-The head of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev, said that Indian specialists are undergoing the second stage of training on the operation of the S-400 system.
"The first part of the training took place, the second part of the training is underway, so everything is according to plan," Mikheev said on Wednesday on the Zvezda TV channel.
On August 23, Vyacheslav Dzirkaln, Deputy General Director for Foreign Economic Activity of the Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region, reported that the first group of Indian specialists had already completed training on the S-400 systems.
On August 22, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, said in an interview with Interfax that Russia will do everything necessary to deliver the first batch of S-400s to India within the agreed period.
"The work on this project is carried out in accordance with the contractual obligations of the Russian side and, of course, we will make every effort to deliver the contracted volumes on time and with proper quality," Manturov said, answering a question about the timing of the transfer of the first batch of S - 400 to India.
On July 20, the head of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev, told Interfax that the first batch of S-400 for India is at the final stage of production, deliveries will begin according to plan, in the fourth quarter of 2021.
