KUBINKA /Moscow region/, August 24. /TASS/. Rosoboronexport (part of the Rostec State Corporation) carries out pre-contract work on the Pantsir-S1M anti-aircraft missile and gun complexes with ten countries of the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region. This was reported to TASS by Rosoboronexport during the international military-technical forum "Army-2021".
"At the moment, we are conducting pre-contract work on it [Pantsir-S1M] with more than 10 countries, mainly from the Middle East and Asia - Pacific regions," Rosoboronexport informed.
According to the press service, "Pantsir-S1M" received new anti-aircraft guided missiles, thanks to which the target range was increased from 20 to 30 km and the height from 15 to 18 km, in general, the volume of the protected zone was increased by 3 times. "Along with the new missiles, the complex can use missiles from the Pantsir-S1 complex. In addition, the stealth and noise immunity of combat work have been increased, the fire performance per unit of time has been improved, "Rosoboronexport reported.
The international military-technical forum "Army-2021" is held in Kubinka near Moscow from August 22 to 28.
