The enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex (MIC) not only consistently provide supplies to the armed forces of the Russian Federation, but are also ready for the widest international cooperation. This was announced by President Vladimir Putin at the opening of the military-technical forum "Army-2021" and the Army International Games in the Patriot Park near Moscow.
"This year, more than 90% of enterprises and organizations of the defense industry participating in the implementation of the state defense order of Russia are taking part in the forum. They not only reliably ensure the supply of weapons and equipment for our army and navy, but are also ready for international cooperation, for the widest cooperation in the development and production of modern weapons," Putin said.
According to him, "solid portfolios of mutually beneficial contracts" for the supply of Russian military products are concluded on the sidelines of the forum from year to year. "We hope that this time foreign guests will also pay attention to the novelties of our defense industry, will appreciate their unique capabilities not only on video panels, but also, as they say, live, in action: at landfills, observation decks, in the shooting ranges of the Patriot Park, "the head of state added.

"We will pay considerable attention at the forum to such areas as the use of artificial intelligence and robotics in the troops, the latest communication and control systems, that is, those components that are the future of the armed forces of the leading countries of the world and the Russian armed forces," Putin summed up.
