"We, Russia, are ready not only to supply equipment and weapons, but also to share technologies, localize production on the territory of your country," Fomin said.
He noted that the UAE is a self-sufficient, independent state, actively buying weapons and military equipment. "And what is remarkable and commendable is that it is developing its own industry, the high - tech industry," Fomin stressed.
According to him, the Russian Federation and the UAE are developing relations "in all possible directions, primarily political," cooperate in the field of economy, trade, culture, and other spheres.
