TSAMTO, August 23. As part of the scientific and business program of the Army-2021 Forum, the Department of Public Procurement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will organize a regular "round table" dedicated to procurement activities to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which will be held on August 24.
The round table will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, ordering bodies of the military administration of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the banking sector.
The central topics for discussion will be: the second optimization law of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the procedure for determining the costs included in the price of products under the state budget. The issues of improving the priority of Russian products in the public procurement system, banking support of contracts under the state budget, and many others will also be considered.
The Department takes part in solving the most important tasks of equipping the army with modern models of weapons and military equipment. In addition, the department plays a key role in providing material resources, medicines, and organizing transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces.
The upcoming round table is a unique opportunity for both representatives of the customer-the Ministry of Defense, and for regulatory authorities and industrial enterprises to discuss problematic issues of conducting competitive procedures for determining a supplier, taking into account the constantly improving and developing legislation on the contract system, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
