Advisor to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrey Ilnitsky noted that"over the past 20-25 years, fundamental natural science disciplines have simply been systematically emasculated from the education system"
KUBINKA (Moscow region). August 22. /TASS/. Fundamental education can become the basis for the formation of a strategy for the development of artificial intelligence (AI), according to the adviser to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrey Ilnitsky.
"The main task is to form our own Russian ideology and AI development strategy. In the strategic formulation, the solution sought is based on the best fundamental education in the world available to all Russians, " Ilnitsky said at a conference on Sunday. According to him, "improving the quality and status of higher and secondary education, mobilizing it for the task of technological breakthrough, educating creative nationally oriented youth is the key to the future."
"Unfortunately, over the past 20-25 years, fundamental natural science disciplines have been systematically emasculated from the education system. As a result, only about 20% of high school graduates pass the Unified State Exam in physics. In chemistry - and even less. That is, young people can finish school, but never master the basics of these fundamental sciences. The school prepares the ignoramuses. But it is these sciences, along with mathematics, that teach a child to think. The quality of engineering and technical education has sharply decreased, " Ilnitsky said.
In his opinion,"it is time to introduce such concepts, indicators/indicators as information and psycho-emotional stability of society into official circulation, into the system of public administration and the legal field." "Tracking such indicators, monitoring the social environment on this subject, effective communication with feedback and subsequent political decisions will determine the ability of state and public structures to maintain their capacity in the conditions of cyber-strike operations and aggressive mental influence against Russia," Ilnitsky said.
