Moscow. August 22. INTERFAX - By the end of 2021, all military personnel will receive a one-time payment of 15 thousand rubles, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"I think it would be fair to make a one-time payment to military personnel based on the results of this year, on average, 15 thousand rubles," Putin said on Sunday at a meeting with representatives of the United Russia party.
He said that "this should concern all military personnel."
Putin also noted that United Russia and the government and relevant departments need to work on this issue and the topic will be discussed in more detail at the second stage of the party congress.
According to the president, "without any doubt, the state should support this category of our citizens in every possible way, especially since they perform the most important state function to protect the fatherland and our people, our citizens as a whole, our country."
