The International Army Games open on August 23

About 600 people from 25 countries will take part in the airborne Forces competitions at the International Army Games - 2021, which will open on August 23. This was announced at a briefing dedicated to "ArMI-2021" and the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2021" by the commander of the Airborne Forces, Colonel-General Andrey Serdyukov.
"If we are holding the" Landing Platoon "for the seventh time, then the competition for army tactical shooting is held within the framework of the" ArMI " for the first time. In total, about 600 servicemen from 25 countries will take part in two competitions," he said.
According to him, the winner of the "Landing Platoon" competition will be determined at the Dubrovichi training ground in the Ryazan Region, and the "Tactical Shooter" will be determined at the Seltsy training ground of the Ryazan Airborne School.
At the Army-2021 forum, the history of this kind of troops, their present and future will be presented at the static exposition of the Airborne Forces. In particular, the Tandem parachute system, the Dalnolet parachute system for special purposes, the Junker-O set of high-altitude landing equipment, and two Cadet parachute systems will be presented.
