Moscow. August 16. INTERFAX-Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of shares of a number of enterprises and institutions to the Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation (KTRV), the corresponding document was published on Monday on the official portal of legal information.
"To accept the proposal of the government of the Russian Federation to make as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the joint - stock company "Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation "(Korolev, Moscow region), one share of the joint-stock company" 711 Aircraft Repair Plant "(Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Region), which is federally owned," the decree says.
According to the document, KTRV will also sell one share of each of the joint-stock companies according to the list according to the annex in order to pay for additional shares placed by the corporation in connection with an increase in its authorized capital.
Among the joint-stock companies, one share of each of which is made as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the Almaz-Antey concern: the Central Design Bureau of Automation (Omsk), the Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering (Moscow), the Military-Industrial Corporation "Scientific and Production Association of Mechanical Engineering" (Reutov), the Concern "Marine Underwater Weapons-Gidropribor" (St. Petersburg). The shares are transferred "in order to increase the efficiency of the integrated structures of the military-industrial complex."
