At four o'clock in the morning, by order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Tajikistan, Army General Emomali Rahmon, for the first time in the history of the independent state of Tajikistan, a check of the combat readiness of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and personnel of mobilization reserves called "Marz-2021" (Border-2021) began throughout the republic.
