Moscow. July 5. INTERFAX - The new version of the National Security Strategy will allow solving issues related to arms trafficking and combating the use of digital currencies for illegal purposes, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Alexander Grebenkin said.
"The new version of the Strategy for the first time sets the task of preventing and suppressing offenses and crimes involving the use of information and communication technologies, including the use of digital currencies for illegal purposes," Grebenkin told reporters on Monday.
According to him, the task is also to increase the effectiveness of activities to identify and suppress illegal trafficking in weapons, ammunition and explosives.
