Moscow. June 30. INTERFAX-Engineers of the Shvabe holding from Kazan received a patent for an invention for a new electrically conductive coating that can withstand thermal effects up to 250 degrees Celsius.
"Such a coating can be used in elements made of optical ceramics for switching elements of electrical circuits of optoelectronic devices, including for space purposes," the press service of Shvabe said in a statement distributed on Wednesday.
The development of the technical solution was carried out by the Scientific and Production Association "State Institute of Applied Optics" (NPO HYPO) of the Shvabe holding.
Director General of the NGO HYPO Villen Baloev noted that the engineers of the Institute managed to obtain an electrically conductive coating, which expands the list of applications of optical ceramics.
