MOSCOW, June 24-RIA Novosti. More than 120 thousand cyber attacks on Russia's critical infrastructure were committed in 2020, most of them came from the United States, Germany and the Netherlands, said the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Army General Nikolai Patrushev.
"Cyberspace is increasingly becoming the arena of struggle against geopolitical opponents. Russia is regularly subjected to unfriendly actions in this area. In 2020, more than 120 thousand computer attacks on our critical infrastructure were registered, " he said at the Moscow Conference on International Security.
"Most of them were carried out from the territory of the United States, Germany and the Netherlands, and were directed against the objects of state administration, the military-industrial complex, healthcare, transport, science and education of our country," Patrushev added.
