Moscow and Islamabad significantly increased military and military-technical cooperation - Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation

Moscow. June 23. INTERFAX-Russia and Pakistan are increasing the potential of military-technical cooperation, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin said.

"In recent years, we have significantly increased our potential in the field of military and military-technical cooperation," Fomin said on Wednesday at talks with the First Deputy Defense Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Hilal Hussain.

According to the Pakistani military commander, cooperation with Russia is mutually beneficial for his country, and also has a positive impact on regional stability.

"In our opinion, the Russian Federation plays a key role in this issue. The role of Russia, its active participation has a positive effect for regional stability, " the First Deputy Defense Minister of Pakistan said.
