NATO is working out routes for the transfer of troops to the borders of the Union State-Shoigu

Moscow. June 23. INTERFAX-NATO countries are working on the transfer of troops to the borders of the Russian Federation and Belarus, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.

"Today, the trend towards strengthening the military confrontation has been steadily consolidated on the continent. The North Atlantic bloc is increasing the number of high - readiness groups, working out routes for the rapid transfer of troops to the borders of the Union State of Russia and Belarus," Shoigu said on Wednesday at the Moscow Conference on International Security.

According to him, a typical example was the exercise "Defender Europe", during which offensive operations were practiced on the eastern flank of the alliance.
