A Russian soldier was killed and three others were injured as a result of the explosion of an armored car in the Syrian province of Hasakah. On Wednesday, June 9, reports "RIA Novosti" with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"As a result of the explosion, one Russian serviceman died from his injuries. Three Russian servicemen who were traveling with him in the car were taken to a medical facility, where they received the necessary medical care. At present, their lives are not in danger, " the report says.
It is noted that the armored car was blown up by an unknown explosive device. The incident occurred on June 9 when checking the route of the patrol of the Russian military police in the province of Hasakeh.
