"On my instructions, experts have already begun to create a design of spacecraft capable of detecting dangerous actions against the environment, including carbon emissions," Rogozin wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to the head of Roscosmos, the state corporation in the coming years will focus on creating an orbital group for environmental monitoring and combating greenhouse emissions.
Rogozin said that on this issue, the state corporation will cooperate with the SIC" Planet " (Roshydromet). "Observation from space will ensure constant, operational and objective control, and geoanalytics will give the authorities and society a tool for decisive action," he explained.
