Tough sanctions against Russia, which are regularly tightened by the United States and the European Union, are comparable to a war against our state. This opinion was expressed by the head of the state corporation "Rostec" Sergey Chemezov.
"The current sanctions are definitely not soft. Everything possible to complicate life has already been done. Very tough sanctions are, in fact, a war. And we, of course, should be ready for this," he said in an interview with RBC.
At the same time, Chemezov stressed that Russia and Europe have a great mutual interest, but the sanctions deprive the parties of profitable economic cooperation.
"For our part, we are doing everything to protect our partnership relations from degradation," the head of the state corporation added.
