The corresponding decree of the President of the Russian Federation was published on Wednesday on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Currently, the head of the FSMTC and his deputies are appointed and dismissed by the President on the proposal of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
In February, the portal of draft regulatory legal acts published the proposed changes to the procedure for appointing the leadership of the FSMTC. The draft said that the head of the service would be appointed by the president after consultation with the Federation Council, and his deputies - on the recommendation of the Director of the FSVTS.
